This is too close to the truth. Especially, after the seemingly endless advertising tie-ins connected to The Avengers movie last summer. Most all of the major popular superhero characters have been shills for decades. This just takes it to the next logical step. Once arenas and stadiums chose brand name sponsors over dedications to notable individuals all honesty and integrity bit the dust. The whole country has been prostituted to some degree. I’m glad I was born before the sellout began. I can still remember when having a building named after you was an earned honor not something you paid a fee for.
