It appears that all our favorite superheroes have lost their powers to protect themselves against the wily seduction of SAD (Standard American Diet) and its mainly junk nutrition. If you saw Pixar’s “Wall-E” you know what the terrible future of humans might deliver. Here the artist Alex Solis shows us how our expectations of our heroes to be much better versions of ourselves might also include their super ability to become rotund. Is this funny, cute, or just ultimately a depressing sign of the failure of modern American culture?
