Gay History Dept.: Another One Bites The Dust

19 May

Gay marriage

It seems every week now another state’s gay marriage ban is declared unconstitutional. Today, a judge In Portland, Oregon handed down his decision against the voter-approved anti-gay marriage law. The ban is over.

Earlier, a national breeders-only marriage organization had vied to defend the laws validity.  “No, you can’t defend something even our State Attorney General has declined to defend. So get the fuck lost, losers!” (How I like to imagine he told the dickheads they weren’t being taken seriously.)

Marriage licenses have already been handed out and other state attorneys are running scared.

Congratulations Oregon! Welcome to the 21st Century.
